The item itself matches the description and the names turned out very well detailed. The box the cuff links came in was ripped up/crushed looking which may have been from the shipping center.

I’m disappointed with this whole experience. My order arrived after the expected delivery date, which was extremely frustrating because I purchased it for my elopement. What made it worse was the lack of communication. I reached out multiple times for an update and only received assistance after numerous attempts to get answers. Customer service felt unresponsive and dismissive, and I had to chase information the entire time. They offered to overnight the item to me but it was too late and I had clearly communicated my timeline and intent to travel beforehand. While the product itself is fine, the poor communication and delayed delivery overshadowed the purchase. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this shop based on my experience.
